Elisabeth Gounis Michos of South Orange died on Aug. 14 at her home. She was 89. Originally from Philadelphia, Michos moved to South Orange in 1960. She had a long career as a librarian and worked at the Drexel Institute and the Newark Public Library before her retirement. Michos was also a homemaker and a member of AHEPA, Philoptochos, the Epirotices Society and The Baird.

There will be a Funeral Mass at Sts. Nicholas, Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 510 Linden Pl., Orange, on Aug. 19 at 10am.
