Seton Hall University's Sister Rose Thering Endowment for Jewish-Christian Studies (SRTE) will hold its annual Evening of Roses benefit event on Apr. 18 at SOPAC. Executive Committee members and Maplewood residents Ellin Cohen and Pearl Randall Lehrhoff have been instrumental in planning the event, which will feature world renowned violinist Joshua Bell and Metropolitan Opera bass Kevin Maynor. Bell will also be honored as Seton Hall University's 2010 Humanitarian of the Year.
