New President for Montrose Park Historic District Association
Naoma Welk of South Orange has been named President of the Montrose Park Historic District Association (MPHDA) by the group's Board of Trustees. Welk, a local historian and longtime MPHDA trustee, replaces Jim Ankner, who stepped down as president last month and will continue as a trustee and will serve as co-vice president with Debbie Adler.
