The Outreach Committee of St. George's Church in Maplewood asks the community to help support Action Against Hunger, a North Jersey food drive, on Sunday, Oct. 4. St. George's volunteers will be collecting non-perishable food and supplies in non-glass containers at local supermarkets for distribution to 20 Interfaith Food Pantries in Essex County.

Donations will be accepted on Sunday, Oct. 4 from noon-4pm at these area supermarkets:
 
Kings – 778 Morris Turnpike, Short Hills

Kings - 159 Maplewood Avenue, Maplewood

Shop Rite – 220 Main Street, Millburn

Pathmark – 407 Valley Street, South Orange
