William Anthony Pascarell died on Aug. 4. He was 75. Born in Brownsville, PA, Pascarell was a graduate of Fordham College and Law School. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a captain. After his service, he worked for the National Labor Relations Board in 1963. He was made regional attorney in 1974 and was regional director of the Newark office from 1987-1999. He was also an adjunct law professor at Seton Hall and Rutgers University.
