Just how decadent is this dinner? Well, I got a peek at the menu, and it is rather outstanding. The Amuse will feature grilled hickory smoked bacon, jicama cantaloupe slaw, and truffle foam. The main course, appropriately named “Heaven and Earth,” will feature petit filet mignon, duxelles filled scallop, celery root scurma, and celery leaf salad truffle Muscato dressing, with Perigourdine and Foie Gras sauce.
What better dining can you ask for on a Tuesday night? Tickets for the dinner are priced at $75. The regular menu will also be available on that evening. Call the restaurant for more information. The event will be Tuesday night, Jan. 10, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
