Tuesday night was jazz night at the Columbia High School. Dozens of students came together to perform a total of 13 numbers that they had rehearsed every Thursday night during the past school year.
Jazz night is organized by Director of Bands Peter Bauer and it includes the school's Ensemble 1 and Ensemble 2, with the first being the more advanced. Not to worry, though. According to Bauer, you don't need to be a pro to join. What is true is that several of those d0 have promising musical careers ahead.
