The way to a loved one's heart is, naturally, through the stomach. Just in time for Valentine's Day, celebrity chef Kevin Roberts, the Food Dude, arrives in South Orange, sharing secrets from Kissing in the Kitchen, his second cookbook.

Roberts will appear at Seton Hall University on Feb. 7, from 6 - 9 p.m. 

Roberts has two cookbooks in print, is owner and executive chef of four sports bar/tavern concepts in San Diego and is nationally known as a radio and TV personality.

His first cookbook, Munchies, offers simple and tasty alternatives to campus dining halls.

Kissing in the Kitchen, his second cookbook, cooks for romance, with recipes such as Sleep over Spinach and Make-out Macaroni.
