At Sparkhouse late Sunday afternoon, there will be a gathering of a dozen extremely talented children's book illustrators and authors who will be talking about the art and craft of producing extraordinary picture books for kids. The organizers have alerted happy readers that rain will not be a problem; this event is sunny and bright, no matter what the weather.
