This makes me sick. I am a CNA and this appalls me. Most of these people cannot do things for themselves or have dementia or so forth . Now some little disgusting immature kids violate a persons privacy. Shameful. I would like to know what the agency did as well.

Doesn't this also violate the Federal law for patient's privacy rights, HIPPA?

Not sure if they screen then for nursing homes.On have to take the Stat exams and I may be wrong but nursing homes only need LPN nurses not RN's
Give them the test 6 months later and they will fail

You have heard of the maxim "To big to fail" in connection with financial bailouts. This looks like a case of "Too Stupid to Prosecute" In addition to the hurt that they cause the victims, they also hurt the reputation of the business in which they work.

How sad. These people who have lived through so much already deserve peace in the final part of their journey here. I hope they receive a maximum penalty and I hope they receive help because they need it.

I have first hand experience with a hand full of so called "good" nursing homes. They offer low pay to workers and most of these so called nurses aids could care less about the elderly and do as little as possible on the job. It's almost impossible to find one (NA) born in the USA because of low wages and type of work at most nursing homes. Nursing home owners are in it for the money, its just another business to them and the bottom line is most important.
