Does anyone one know how i can get a visitors pass to park in one of the lots overnight.... i have friends still without power and would like to have them stay with me this weekend...

Just call the non-emerg police number after 10pm and give them the license plate number and location. Usually that is fine, but not sure about this week, being unusual.
