Now in its ninth year\, Art Connections has grown from a regional exhibit to one of national scope\, encouraging artists in all mediums. \;\nWe are inviting artists to apply to this exhibit\, which offers an excellen t opportunity for exposure and sales in a venue that is widely supported by Montclair State University's alumni\, gallery patrons\, and the area 's many collectors\, curators\, and art dealers.\nPast exhibits have inc luded works by many noted artists: ceramist Toshiko Takaeshu\, painters Julie Heffernan\, Michael Eade\, Bisa Washington\, Ben Jones\, and Cora Cohen\, and sculptors Willie Cole\, Chakaia Booker\, and Tom Nussbaum.&n bsp\;\nProceeds from this event support exhibitions at the George Segal Gallery and care of the University's permanent collection.
