The South Mountain Peace Action of Maplewood and South Orange has organized an open forum titled: Israeli-Palestinian Peace: The Obama-Clinton Program for a Two-State Solution and How We Can Support It. Ori Nir, spokesman of Americans for Peace Now, Hussein Ibish, senior fellow of the American Task Force on Palestine and a local representative of J Street will be the spokesmen at this forum, who will speak on prospects for a two-state solution for Israeli-Palestinian peace under the Obama Administration. More About Maplewood Memorial Library
The main branch of the Maplewood Library is across the street from Maplewood Middle School and typically thronged by students after school. There's a large children's section with story time sessions and other programming. There are two meeting rooms, which are available to non-profits free of charge. And there are 329 magazine titles and 10,000 audiovisual titles.
