The South Mountain Peace Action of Maplewood and South Orange has organized an open forum titled: Israeli-Palestinian Peace: The Obama-Clinton Program for a Two-State Solution and How We Can Support It. Ori Nir, spokesman of Americans for Peace Now, Hussein Ibish, senior fellow of the American Task Force on Palestine and a local representative of J Street will be the spokesmen at this forum, who will speak on prospects for a two-state solution for Israeli-Palestinian peace under the Obama Administration. The main branch of the Maplewood Library is across the street from Maplewood Middle School and typically thronged by students after school. There's a large children's section with story time sessions and other programming. There are two meeting rooms, which are available to non-profits free of charge. And there are 329 magazine titles and 10,000 audiovisual titles.
