DESCRIPTION:On Monday August 20\, 2012\, Northern NJ Professionals in Tra
 nsition will be meeting at the Maplewood Library\, 51 Baker Street\, Map
 lewood\, New Jersey.&nbsp\; Our session begins at 10 a.m. and runs until
  12 noon.&nbsp\; Our presenter will be Irina Gomelskaya\, a Certified Li
 fe and Career Coach.&nbsp\; Irina's roots are as an attorney\, and as su
 ch she often works with attorneys through their career transition issues
 .&nbsp\; She is also a mother of two and works with women to help guide 
 them through the career decisions of having both a career and raising a 
 family.&nbsp\; Further\, Ms. Gomelskaya also has been lead facilitator a
 t Maplewood's Neighbors Helping Neighbors sessions since their origin in
  February of 2012.\nIrina will be presenting about 2 types of interviews
 .&nbsp\; One is the&nbsp\;Informational Interview\, with which one seeks
  to build their knowledge about a profession and what is happening in it
 \, by speaking with experts in the field.&nbsp\; The other is a&nbsp\;Be
 havioral Interview\, in which the person interviewing you is seeking to 
 gain feedback about whether you would be a good fit for their organizati
 on.&nbsp\; For those who would like to improve their interviewing skills
  and increase contact with others through their job search\, this presen
 tation is a must.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Join us. &nbsp\;All are welcome&mdash\;te
