Saint Barnabas offers a free, six-week support group that is led by a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in post partum adjustment. Topics include transitioning to parenthood, mood changes, baby blues vs. postpartum depression and myths of motherhood. The program is free, but advanced registration is required by calling 973-322-5360.
