DESCRIPTION:During this workshop\, conducted by Angela Aim\, Certified Li
 ght Master  Teacher\, Sound Healer and Reconnective Healing Practitioner
 \, you will  use different types of techniques to strengthen the flow of
  your root  chakra and activate your pineal gland\, a dormant organ in t
 elepathic  communication with the higher realms of consciousness.  The r
 oot chakra  is a large spinning energy funnel that takes energy into our
  body and  aura from the life energy field around us and is connected to
  survival  instincts\, physical strength and healthy family identity fro
 m bonding.  The pineal gland when activated by light\, controls the vari
 ous  bio-rhythms of the body.  Working in harmony with the hypothalamus 
  gland\, it directs the body\\'s thirst\, hunger\, moods and the biologi
 cal  processes that determine our aging process.  Through guided meditat
