Member of the Book Arts Roundtable (BAR) will transform papier-mâché lunchboxes into works of art to be auctioned off with the theme "Tend Your Garden." These lunchboxes will be on display during the Booked 7: Exhibition of Artist's Books and Paper for visitors to place their bids. Proceeds from this auction will be donated to a Food Bank in NJ and to the Artist Proof Studio in South Africa.

More About The Baird
The Baird is a century-old, Tudor-style building that houses the Department of Recreation and Cultural Affairs' administrative offices. There's a theater space used by three companies: Dreamcatcher, Penny Pretzel Playhouse and Flying Ship. The Pierro Gallery is located in the building too. Outdoor facilities include eight lighted tennis courts and a lighted basketball court.
The Village's Senior Social Services Unit is also located in the building. The office is open Tuesday and Thursday, 10am - 4pm. Its phone number is 973-378-7766, ext. 2225.
