This session's classes will all be taught by the very talented "child whisperer" Nicole Michaelson Traum! Nicole is incredibly adept at drawing out shy children, engaging rowdy kids, and giving everybody a well-rounded experience of yoga. Our kids program introduces kids to both the more active and more meditative elements of a yoga practice using poses, games, music and dance, art, and storytelling.
Timing: 9-week session runs week of January 14th through week of March 11th.
$165 for 9-week session or $20 drop in class
