Friday Feature at Library, Test Pattern Plays at OSPAC, Patch Aids Job Seekers

Find out what you need to know in South Orange for Friday.

Patch has put together some things you need to know for Friday.

The South Orange Public Library presents its Friday Feature each week as part of its summer youth program. This week's free film screening presents Disney's "Brave," the story of a Scottish lass who shows that sisters can do it for themselves. The event begins at 1:30 p.m. at the library, 65 Scotland Road. For more info, call 973-762-0230.

Post-punk power pop trio Test Pattern will bring its energetic sounds to the Oskar Schindler Performing Arts Center at 4 Boland Drive in West Orange for a late-summer performance beneath the stars. The band performs outdoors for a free concert that should be fun for the entire family. Gates open at 7 p.m. and the show starts  an hour later. Don't forget to bring blankets or lawn chairs and to pack a picnic and bug repellent, just in case.
