Well it was a wonderful but cold evening for the South Orange NJ Tree lighting event. The community came out in good numbers to participate.

It was nice that the South Orange Village Center Alliance ensured folks were as warm as they could be by having a Shoppers’ Oasis Lounge in the lobby and allowed all to enjoy some free food and drinks. The food was provided by Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks and Ashley Marketplace and there was also free gift-wrapping.
As you see in the attached there was live entertainment by the Stuft Stocking Brothers, All in all, Santa showed up and the tree was turned on and the kids in the crowd definitely enjoyed themselves.
