As mentioned in a previous patch post, ORNG INK, a user-driven, youth-led, interdisciplinary creative collective located in Ironworks Studio, Orange, New Jersey hosted the TAR Installation event. A project whereby over 5 days 8 artist were invited in to paint the white walls using black paint. So even though folks were using the same black paint, their spirit, thinking, ingenuity and more were the differentiating factors.
Well I attended the event last night and I have to say the results were amazing. Since art appeals to different folks in different ways you have to take a look, as the artist came up with a cohesive and coordinated set of figures, drawings and more. Bottom line it was a great Success.
It was very interesting in how it all came together.
