NEWCOMERS /ALL COMERS DAY

MIX/MINGLE/MEET SOUTH ORANGE: The South Orange Board of Trustees and The South Orange Community Relations Committee are delighte to invite NEWCOMERS and long time residents to the South Orange Public Library on Sunday Sept 23 from 2 to 4PM for a chance to be part of one giant welcome party for our arrivals to S.O.  We want you to see first hand why you have chosen the right place to live. Find out what makes South Orange unique and get a helpful community resource guide. Snacks and kids activities will be provided and Villagers of the Month thru time will be on hand to give a hearty handshake.  At 3 PM Village President Alex Torpey will roll out new communication plans for enhancing the town's connection to all residents and the library kicks of Septembers from the Past in S.O/. Our many non profit orgs which make this area special will be on hand to tell you how you can get involved and share ways they help make South Orange special (and beyond). Great music by Matt Mattheiss will add the right ambiance and longtime villagers can share why they like it here on camera for future generations.
