“The Entertainers” is a documentary about six contestants at the World Championship Old Time Piano Playing Contest in Peoria, Illinois.

“This movie is really a love letter to the people we featured and what they do,” Zimmer told Matters Magazine, who is sponsoring the screening. “Discovering these people and the esoteric music they love so much and love to share with one another during this short window of time each year, I was drawn into it all right away.”
