Wacky World Of 'Into The Woods' Comes To Baird Theater

InterACT Theater Co. to show audiences what really happened post-ever-after with 'Into The Woods.'

Some stories don't have a happily ever after. Come find out what really happened at the so-called ending of some of your favorite fairly tales in this take on Steven Sondheim and James Lapine's "Into The Woods."

InterACT Theater Productions and Baird Theater are putting on a show that's already received delighted reviews for the next two weekends.

Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, May 9, May 10, May 16 and May 17; 4 p.m. Sundays, May 11 and May 18.

"Purposefully, nothing is realistic, reinforcing the feeling that we have been caught in a fairy tale—indeed, along with the characters, we have gone ‘into the woods’ which are scary, dark and deep,” wrote Ruth Ross of NJ Arts Maven.

Those interested in attending may purchase tickets online at the InterACT Productions website. Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students with ID.
