BRADLEY METHOD® OF NATURAL CHILDBIRTH

Couples will prepare to have a natural delivery without the use of drugs or other unnecessary interventions. Classes will focus on nutrition, exercise, relaxation, stages of labor, and planning and advocating for the birth you desire. Partners will be trained as labor coaches and advocates. Classes are intended for the expectant mother (no further along than 26 weeks) and her designated labor coach. Participants should bring a blanket and pillow to class. SHERRILL WELCOME, AAHCC, LSW is certified as a Bradley Childbirth Instructor and Doula by the American Academy of Husband Coached Childbirth.

Fee: $375.
