ESSENTIALS OF GRILLING with Ben Salmon of Kitchen a la Mode

Grilling consists of three primary styles: flash grilling, BBQing and smoking. In this class you will learn what ingredients are best suited to each style and will produce the best results. You’ll get tips and tricks for both traditional and out-of-the-box grilling and get ideas for cooking whole meals on the grill. This class will give you the essential building blocks to help you create a summer of deliciousness!
