Reflexology Workshop

In this workshop, the presenter will discuss the benefits of this ancient old technique that involves the manipulation of nerve endings found in the palms of the hands and plantar surfaces of the feet that are believed to correlate with every organ and body part. The presenter will utilize the reflexology chart and demonstrations to help participants understand how the technique works and is applied in order to achieve greater balance and relaxation throughout the participant’s body.
