Out of the Pantry with Ruth Bourdain

At long last, one of the greatest mysteries of the modern food world has been solved: the true identity of Ruth Bourdain. It turns out it is Maplewood's own JOSH FRIEDLAND! Writing as @RuthBourdain (with a frightening combination Ruth Reichl/Anthony Bourdain avatar) and author of The Food Section, one of the longest-running culinary blogs on the web, he went from 0 to 60,00 followers on Twitter, by poking fun at the oh-so-serious business of celebrity chefs, restaurants critics and food journalists. He even kept his identity under wraps when given the prestigious and newly created James Beard award for humor. His identity now revealed, he's ready to tell his tales.
