Michael, What does the term '' equivalent dwelling unit" mean in the following ? ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION This Ordinance authorizes a special assessment against users of the South Orange sewer system pursuant to amended Section 130- 49 of the Code of the Township of South Orange Village. Maxus Energy Corporation and Tierra Solutions, Inc. et al. Such costs include, among others, fees for attorneys and other professionals. It essentially means "per housing unit". In other words, a single family house is assessed $25, a 2 family house is assessed $50 etc.
