Robberies at gunpoint at Newark borders

Wanted to alert everyone on the South Orange/Newark (west ward) borders (Kenmore, Holland, Marion and Vail St. areas) that there have been several robberies at gun point over the last three months. 

Newark police and Councilman Ron Rice have been alerted and a request for additional presence has been requested (but so far ignored).  

Robberies seem to be taking place in the early evening (between 6-8pm) during the week.  Be safe.
