Tap water

Anyone else noticing a sheen or film the top of the surface of water coming from the taps? I first noticed it Ina pot and I thought maybe it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly so I rehashed the pot, only to find it kept happening. I tried a couple of pots, a bowl, a glass... With the same result. Its grossing me out and really has me questioning the safety of the drinking water in the town right now. I heard that there is some salt sealing into the ground water from all of the salting this winter. Anyone else finding this?
