Newark Man Arrested for Outstanding Warrants

South Orange police stopped Paul Green's car after a digital plate reader discovered the warrants.

A Newark man was arrested on Sunday in South Orange for outstanding warrants from both Montclair and South Orange. 

Paul Green, 44, was arrested at approximately 6 p.m. on Feb. 24. A South Orange police officer stopped Green's car after being alerted to the warrants by the patrol car's digital license plate reader. 

South Orange police discovered that Green, who owns the car, was driving. He was arrested and processed at police headquarters.
