A black man approached her from behind with his pants down, police said. When she turned around and saw him exposing himself, he turned and ran north on Wyoming Avenue and then west onto Brookwood Drive, police said.

Officers from the South Orange and West Orange police departments were not able to find him, police said.

The man was about 5-feet 9-inches tall, weighing 190 pounds and appears to be in his 20s, police said.

It remains unclear whether the same man was involved in both instances.
