Man Sought After Flashing Woman in South Orange Village

A South Orange woman was walking her dog when a man pulled down his pants and exposed himself Sunday evening, police said.

The South Orange Police Department is searching for a man who exposed himself to a woman in the Village over the weekend, according to a police report.

A South Orange woman was walking her dog just before 6 p.m. Sunday on North Wyoming Avenue near Franklin Terrace at the time of the incident, police said.

A black man approached her from behind with his pants down, police said. When she turned around and saw him exposing himself, he turned and ran North on Wyoming Avenue and then West onto Brookwood Drive, police said.

Officers from the South Orange and West Orange police departments were not able to find him, police said.

The man was about 5-foot-9 and 190 pounds and looked to be in his 20s, police said.
