A South Orange man was arrested, Thursday, after police determined he was involved in a flashing incident in South Orange Village Plaza, police said.
Kevin Davy, 22, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 3 around 11 p.m., just two days after two women were flashed while sitting on a cement wall in Village Plaza.
The woman gave police a description that the flasher was a black male, with medium complexion and medium build, wearing a red sweater and blue jeans. After a police investigation, the two women positively identified Davy as the man that had flashed them.
He was arrested and processed, police said.
Two similar incidents occurred in September in which a woman was walking to her car on Church Street around 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3, when she saw a man completely naked standing next to her car.
On Sunday, Sept. 1, a South Orange woman was walking her dog just before 6 p.m. on North Wyoming Ave. near Franklin Terrace, according to another police report.
A black man approached her from behind with his pants down, police said. When she turned around and saw him exposing himself, he turned and ran north on Wyoming Avenue and then west onto Brookwood Drive, police said.
It is unclear whether Davy was involved in the two other flashing incidents.
