Police: South Orange Flasher Arrested

Kevin Davy, 22, of South Orange was arrested on lewdness charges, police say.

A South Orange man was arrested, Thursday, after police determined he was involved in a flashing incident in South Orange Village Plaza, police said.

Kevin Davy, 22, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 3 around 11 p.m., just two days after two women were flashed while sitting on a cement wall in Village Plaza.

The woman gave police a description that the flasher was a black male, with medium complexion and medium build, wearing a red sweater and blue jeans. After a police investigation, the two women positively identified Davy as the man that had flashed them.
