A South Plainfield resident and his friend were sitting inside a vehicle parked on the Seton Hall University Campus on Wednesday, Sept. 25 when a man described as a thin, 5' 6" black male, about 60 years old with a beard and wearing a white and green striped shirt with blue jeans opened the front passenger door of his vehicle and reached inside, police said.
