Woman Beats Man After Being Asked To Pick Up Her Litter

A gas station attendant was punched after asking an employee to pick up her garbage, police say.

Police are searching for a woman who allegedly beat up a gas station attendant over a disposable cup.

An employee of the Delta Gas station on Irvington Ave. told police that around 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, a woman filled up her car with gas before throwing a cup on the ground.

When the employee asked her to pick up the cup, the woman punched him several times in the mouth before fleeing in her Nissan, police said.

She was described as a black female in her mid 20's with short hair and was wearing a white top, according to a police report.
