Would-be Burglar Targets Copper Pipes

South Orange police report an attempted burglary

Residents are advised to be wary. A South Kingman Road resident reports that someone entered his home on November 27, sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 2:40 p.m., according to South Orange police.

The intruder kicked in a rear basement door. Once inside, the intruder attemped to cut and remove copper pipes in the basement of the house. The intruder was unsuccessful.
