The South Orange Village Center Alliance (SOVCA) Board of Directors will be holding a Special Meeting on Thursday, Aug. 29, at 8:00 a.m. in Village Hall, located at 101 South Orange Avenue. The purpose of the Special Meeting will be to conduct regular business. Official action may be taken.
