Columbia HS Fencers Advance, Go for State Honors

The South Orange - Maplewood fencers have another medal-winning season

The Columbia High School Fencing Team has advanced to the New Jersey State Championship match. 

On Wednesday, February 27, the CHS Girls team will compete for the Bronze Medal, and the CHS Boys will fence for the Gold Medal and the State Title. 

Spectators and supports are welcome to cheer on the school's sabre, epee and foil fencers at the season finale.

The championship matches will be held at the Morris Hills High School.  The start time for the Girls' Bronze Medal Round is 4:30 PM.  The Boy's team will go for the Gold at 7:30 PM.  

Morris Hills High School is located at 520 West Main Street in Rockaway, NJ.  Please note that to reach the parking lot, it is necessary to take West Main Street to Swedes Mine Road and then Overlook Drive. Google maps will place you in front of the school, where no parking is available.
