Columbia HS Hosts Sunday Robotics Tournament

RoboCATastrophe is open to the public.

Students, start your robots! Columbia High School hosts a Sunday tournament open to the public. The "RoboCATastrophe" is a qualification tournament for more than two dozen teams, where teams -- and robots -- representing three states will compete.

Columbia's Cougars and Cougar Current invite students, members of the community and current robotics team members to the event in the cafeteria. The action begins around 10 a.m., when 28 teams will compete in five rounds each.  Finals will take place around 4 p.m., when the best of the best compete for the win.

The event is free, action-packed, and open to the public.
