South Orange Middle School teachers and reportedly will have hearings in front of the Board of Education on Tuesday. The will take place on June 26, at 5 p.m., at the Board of Education building.
The teachers annouced last week that they would seek hearings, after earlier being denied tenure by process of not being rehired. The decision not to rehire sparked controversy: and through May and June.

Students given at South Orange Middle School were supported by protesters in June.
At Monday's Board of Education meeting, two students, one a rising ninth grader and one a rising sophomore, spoke in support of the two teachers.
