Farmers' Market Offers Free Samples and Smoothies

Taste and imbibe with fellow gourmands at the Main Street South Orange Taste of the Market Day on Wednesday, from 2 -6 pm, where you'll savor market treats and seasonal drinks. Our market vendors will showcase their wares by sharing samples and Eden Marketplace also will offer delicious fruit smoothies.

Join our three farms, Stony Hill Gardens, Alstede Farm and Tree-Licious Orchard for delicious freshly picked fruits and veggies and baked goods; Hoboken Farms and Vesco Foods for prepared foods, breads, pickles and pickled vegetables and Lickt Gelato, our local creator of fresh, seasonal flavors of gelato and sorbets.

Joining in the fun will be Eden Marketplace! Visit their table, where they will be creating delicious fruit smoothies for sampling and purchasing. And, pick up the recipes to be able to make your own at home.

So, come downtown this Wednesday to sample the Jersey-Fresh goodness of our farmer’s bounty along with the prepared goodies, condiments and desserts available every week at the Main Street South Orange Farmers’ Market along with the special treats from Eden Marketplace.
