On Wednesday, September 18 at noon, Seton Hall University will conduct a live test of its emergency siren system. The system is designed to alert the campus community of an emergency situation that requires them to seek shelter indoors for their safety.

The siren is centrally located on the highest point on campus, will sound a wail tone that is followed by a recorded message with instructions to seek shelter.  A steady tone will sound with an “all clear” recorded message at the end of the live test.
