Owner George Filippatos (Sleepy Hollow, Park Place) took over Café Arugula in April 2011. New Executive Chef Kyle Trama learned his craft at Grace’s Trattoria in New York and Basilico in Millburn. While the restaurant's decor is rustic, the menu is modern. We still offer many of your favorite classics, as well as a wide variety of eclectic and contemporary dishes. Cafe Arugula is also open for lunch.
