The Administration Department oversees the operations of all other departments. It also handles personnel matters and coordination with county, state and federal entities. Residents who are dissatisifed with service at another department should direct their queries to Administration. The highest-profile function of Administration is to help prepare the annual budget, which is submitted to the Board of Trustees in March.

John Gross is the administrator and he's been at the job for 10 years. Trudy Schneider is the secretary. Mauricio Garcia is the IT manager; he works out of this office and handles the Village's website.
