<p>The Department of Public Works (DPW) is responsible for leaf collection, snow removal and repairing potholes on Village-maintained roads. Residents should also call if a sewer backs up in their home.</p>
<p>The DPW also handles recycling and provides residents with green or blue toters, <a href="http://www.southorange.org/forms/dpw/Toter_request.pdf">which can be purchased online</a>. Recyclable items can also be dropped off at DPW's Recycling Center. Its hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 8am - 4pm, and Saturday, 8am - noon.</p> <p><a href="mailto:mluciani@southorange.org">Mario Luciani</a> is the director.</p>
