We eat at Lalibela as often for the amazing food, good company of the owners, and the great prices. Our 2 year old loves the lentils, special tibs, beef with collard greens, and actually eats vegetables here, unlike at home. We love the beef with chickpea flour sauce, too.

Lalibela, a cozy Ethiopian restaurant, is a great place for a group meal. It's owned and run by Meklit Nwankwo, who does all the cooking, and her husband, Austine. The couple opened Lalibela in 2006.

I love the food and personal touch. I feel like I'm eating in Meklit's living room, and she's serving my favorite dishes.
This is one of my favorite restaurants around. AMAZING food at great prices. You're seriously missing out if you haven't eaten here.
(And I'm not even particularly prone to hyperbole... Well, okay, maybe I am. But still!)

I just love the food and the service is incredible!
Everything is fresh and the prices are very reasonable.
I am a vegetarian and they offer a large selection of meatless dishes.
The bread is delicious!
