Albert and Yanick Ranieri opened Papillon 25 in November 2003. The restaurant offers French, American and Italian food in a warm but modern atmosphere. Martinis are the specialty and there are 50 on the menu. The entrees are broken down into seafood offerings, including mango shrimp ($22.95) and whole grilled red snapper ($25.95); chicken, including coq au vin ($16.95); meat, including fillet mignon ($26.95); and vegetarian dishes, including cassoulet of white beans ($14.95). Reservations are accepted.
