Applications for permits for resident daytime and nighttime parking, businesses and Seton Hall students are available. They can also be obtained online. The Parking Authority also runs commuter jitneys to the South Orange train station from Montrose/Tuxedo Park, Newstead/Wyoming Avenue and Irvington Avenue/Prospect Street/Valley Street. It's $150 for a yearly pass. Mark Hartwyk is the executive director.
